Hi There !

When you partner with me, you'll experience my genuine attentiveness and unwavering support as we embark on a journey of self-acceptance together. I deeply value the importance of individual diversity within our therapeutic sessions, understanding that aspects such as culture, ethnicity, spirituality, sexual orientation, and gender identity significantly shape our self-perception and unique needs. I bring an open-minded approach and a knack for relatable analogies to our sessions, making our collaboration feel like having a trusted co-pilot on your therapeutic voyage.

I have a deep passion for helping individuals from a wide range of backgrounds who are facing challenges such as anxiety, codependency, depression, navigating complex life changes, grappling with issues related to their multicultural identity, breaking free from self-defeating thoughts and behaviors, boosting their self-esteem and confidence, and healing from the scars of sexual, relational, and intergenerational traumas. My mission is to provide unwavering support and guidance on your unique journey towards personal growth, self-discovery, and emotional well-being, ensuring that you not only overcome these obstacles but also thrive in all aspects of your life.

My background includes a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Yeshiva University's Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology in vibrant New York City. Before pursuing my Masters, I worked as a special educator in the heart of New Delhi, India. I earned my bachelor's degree with Honors in Psychology from Delhi University and completed a one-year Diploma in Counseling from Amity University.

Throughout my professional journey, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations in various settings. Beyond my role as a Mental Health Counselor, I'm passionate about traveling, painting, and I find immense joy in spending my leisure time indulging in movies, shows, and attending concerts.

I can't wait to embark on this transformative journey with you and help you discover the path to self-acceptance and well-being.
